Damark® offers the following Returns Policy:

We will issue a full refund for unopened items returned within 14 days from the shipment date. Refunds will be issued to the purchasing account.

·Open items may be returned for a refund only if deemed defective.

·Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

·We will inspect items to determine if they are defective.

Shipping Information:

We process orders received within 24 hours excluding Saturday, Sunday and national Holidays. Delivery is normally 7-10 business days.

Where we ship:

We can ship anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States with a physical address and U.S. postal ZIP code. Sorry, no shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO address.

Sales Tax:

We add a 6.5% sales tax for orders shipped to Minnesota.

Shipping and Handling:

A fee for shipping & handling will be added to your order based on the products you purchase. Prior to completing your order, you will have an opportunity to review the applicable fees as shown in the listing. There are no "hidden" fees.

Although damark.com makes every attempt to display product images on this site as accurately as possible, the colors you see will depend on your monitor and therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Your Order:

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the address you gave us when you placed the order. Your PayPal account will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will promptly process a full refund if the charge has been made against your account.
