* We send buyers Shipping Notification and Tracking Numbers after your is shipped.
* Local pick-up of orders is not available.
* When using PayPal we ship to a Confirmed address only.
* We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States
* We do not accept Checks, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders or Cash for order payments.
* Shipping costs: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
* At the time we list products they were available and ready to ship within a reasonable time frame from the date of your order. We continually update our listings to reflect our on-hand inventory to avoid order cancellations or delays and provide the best possible service for you.
There is a remote possibility that an item may be unexpectedly unavailable due to large purchases, inventory errors, and/or customer payment delays. In the rare instance that an item becomes discontinued or out of stock, we may offer the customer a substitution and/or upgrade for the item.
If there is a delay of shipment we will immediately contact you with: an expected ship date, an agreeable replacement offer or a full refund. After we receive confirmation from you we will then proceed with the order as you see fit.
