* The Altus Wall Mounted Console does not support the weight of a TV. Your flat panel TV needs to be mounted to the wall independently of this console. You will need parts not supplied with this product to hang your TV on the wall above this console.

- PREPAC Manufacturing Ltd. provides a limited 5-year consumer warranty against product defects. If a product proves to be defective in manufacturing, material or workmanship, a similar replacement part will be provided at no charge.

- Due to the significant costs of shipping heavy products our policy is to replace any damaged, defective or missing parts at no charge. If a customer refuses replacement parts and requests to return the product we would consider this a buyer remorse return. If a customer decides to return their product and is authorized by us to return the product, the restocking fee is product retail less 30% for refurbishing and restocking. The outgoing freight, shipping and handling and any return freight costs are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
- If the wrong product is shipped due to an error on our part we will take full responsibility and issue a call tag to return the product and ship a replacement product at no cost.

Return Policy:
* We will issue a refund for unopened items returned within 14 days from the shipment date.
* Refunds will be issued to the purchasing PayPal account.
* Return Authorization RA Number will be issued for requested returns.
