If a customer refuses replacement parts and requests to return the product we would consider this a buyer remorse return. If a customer decides to return their product and is authorized by us to return the product, the restocking fee is product retail less 30% for refurbishing and restocking. The outgoing freight, shipping and handling and any return freight costs are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
- If the wrong product is shipped due to an error on our part we will take full responsibility and issue a call tag to return the product and ship a replacement product at no cost.

Return Policy:
* We will issue a refund for unopened items returned within 14 days from the shipment date.
