We continually update our listings to reflect our on-hand inventory to avoid order cancellations or delays and provide the best possible service for you.<></> There is a remote possibility that an item may be unexpectedly unavailable due to large purchases, inventory errors, and/or customer payment delays. In the rare instance that an item becomes discontinued or out of stock, we may offer the customer a substitution and/or upgrade for the item. If there is a delay of shipment we will immediately contact you with: an expected ship date, an agreeable replacement offer or a full refund. After we receive confirmation from you we will then proceed with the order as you see fit.

Payment methods we accept:

We accept PayPal as well as MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards through PayPal. We ship only to the address shown in your PayPal payment.

Where we ship:

We can ship anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States with a physical address and U.S. postal ZIP code. Sorry, no shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO address.

Return Policy:

* We will issue a refund for unopened items returned within 14 days from the shipment date.
* Refunds will be issued to the purchasing PayPal account.
* Return Authorization (RA) Number will be issued for requested returns.
* RA Number must be used when returning the order.
* Open items may be returned for a refund only if deemed defective.
* We will inspect items to determine if they are defective.
* Shipping and handling, processing, installation or other fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

We process orders received on weekdays within 24 hours. Friday PM, Saturday and Sunday orders are processed on Monday. Shipping time is normally 3-7 business days.

Sales Tax:

We add a 7.275% sales tax for orders shipped to Minnesota.
