You can watch your upgraded videos on your computer, record them onto a DVD*, or load them onto your portable video player, such as PSP or iPod.

For even those with almost no computer experience, VIDEO 2 PC is easy to connect to VCRs, camcorders, and most other video-playback sources. Simply plug in the three color-coded cables on one side and the standard USB jack to your computer, and you’re set. VIDEO 2 PC even comes with its own EZ Video Converter software that makes things quick and easy!

EZ Video Converter is easy and straightforward to use and has ION’s exclusive LOOKBETTER technology that automatically analyzes and improves the audio-visual quality of your videos. VIDEO 2 PC enhances your videos and enables you to take them anywhere you want.

Where we ship:

We can ship anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States with a physical address and U.S. postal ZIP code. Sorry, no shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO address.

Return Policy:

* We will issue a refund for unopened items returned within 14 days from the shipment date.
* Refunds will be issued to the purchasing PayPal account.
* Return Authorization RA Number will be issued for requested returns.
* RA Number must be used when returning the order.
* Open items may be returned for a refund only if deemed defective.
* We will inspect items to determine if they are defective.
* Shipping and handling, processing, installation or other fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

We process orders received on weekdays within 24 hours. Friday PM, Saturday and Sunday orders are processed on Mondays. Shipping time is normally 5-7 business days.

Sales Tax:

We add a 7.275% sales tax for orders shipped to Minnesota.
