Where we ship:

We can ship anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States with a physical address and U.S. postal ZIP code. Sorry, no shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO address.

Return Policy:

* We will issue a refund for unopened items returned within 14 days from the shipment date.
* Refunds will be issued to the purchasing PayPal account.
* Return Authorization RA Number will be issued for requested returns.
* RA Number must be used when returning the order.
* Open items may be returned for a refund only if deemed defective.
* We will inspect items to determine if they are defective.
* Shipping and handling, processing, installation or other fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

We process orders received on weekdays within 24 hours. Friday PM, Saturday and Sunday orders are processed on Mondays. Shipping time is normally 5-7 business days.

Sales Tax:

We add a 6.5% sales tax for orders shipped to Minnesota.
