- If there is no answer for 30 seconds, the next number is dialed
- When the phone reaches a live person, they dial a number to confirm that the prerecorded emergency message has been received. They then are transferred to speakerphone to communicate with the other user

We can ship anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States with a physical address and U.S. postal ZIP code. Sorry, no shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO address.
Return Policy:
* We will issue a refund for unopened items returned within 14 days from the shipment date.
* Refunds will be issued to the purchasing PayPal account.
* Return Authorization RA Number will be issued for requested returns.
* RA Number must be used when returning the order.
* Open items may be returned for a refund only if deemed defective.
