It is soot free, has no odor, and can be burned safely in any size room. Each can burns for 2-3 hours, and can be reused until empty.*

Return Policy:
* We will issue a refund for unopened items returned within 14 days from the shipment date.
* Refunds will be issued to the purchasing PayPal account.
* Return Authorization RA Number will be issued for requested returns.
* RA Number must be used when returning the order.
* Open items may be returned for a refund only if deemed defective.
* We will inspect items to determine if they are defective.
